Now surely this should have been mentioned before paying as I wouldn’t have gone ahead of I’d have known.Īs a result of this my son (with SEN) was very upset and distressed as he couldn’t play with all kids together and made it very difficult to get round. We were told an hour wait and a buzzer given to us would let us know when our turn was, when the buzzer eventually went off we were then told we needed to play as 2 groups of 3 otherwise it clogs up gameplay for people waiting. Mid conversation the man serving us ran out the door and we were left waiting until another lady asked if we wanted to play explained we were mid way through being served and he left and she just stared at us, then proceeded to serve us and muddle everything up and seemed very flustered. Wanted the 4 children to play and us to supervise but told adults have to play or can’t go in, fine but made life more difficult as trying to supervise the kids ( one with SEN) and play whilst the place was heaving was stressful and chaotic. Visited on Tuesday during half term with a friend and our 4 children very disappointed to say the least.
